Pre-covid, locals could splash into the lush Vegas hotel pools around the valley, and sometimes it’s free! I’ll post the free days and specials on the Vegas Kids Zone Facebook page. Have your Nevada ID ready to show and be prepared with your own towels and loads of sunscreen. Most pools don’t allow outside food or drink, so be prepared before you go.
Check with the hotel if you plan to bring a cooler or large bag with food and drinks to be on the safe side.

- Flamingo Hotel & Pool – free for locals and non-locals, so this is a great place to bring the fam and visitors! The Beach Club pool is all ages open 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. and has two water slides with one that ends with you popping out under a water fall!
- Mandalay Beach – A fave Vegas hotel pools for locals, the extensive pool complex is $20 Monday-Thursday. Kids ages 4 to 16 are $10. Subject to availability. There are blackout dates to be mindful of, usually when there is a concert on the beach or holidays. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Tropicana – Locals: $5 weekdays, $10 weekends. Out-of-state/non-hotel guests: $10 weekdays, $20 weekends.extra benefits and discounts at the hotel with the Trop’s MYHeroes for active-duty military, veterans and first responders.
- Topgolf – Topgolf’s 2 level pool is a beautiful spot to see and it is free to the general public that is over the age of 21. You don’t have to golf, but as long as you are there grab some yummy treats and play a few rounds.

The Palms Casino Resort SOAK pool, locals can enjoy free Parking, complimentary weekday access to the SOAK Pool (21+), and a 20% discount on services at The Spa and Salon every Monday through Thursday. Palms’ SOAK Pool has easy access from the East Garage.
