Pilates on the Dock returns for Summer Series 2026, our gorgeous morning sessions on the water featuring Mat Pilates and Paddleboarding!

Start your 4th of July the right way — on a dock, on the water, in full patriotic fit.

Morning mat Pilates followed by optional paddleboarding on Lake Las Vegas. This is how the main character spends Independence Day.
