Important Information and Policies

Food and allergies: Food may be prepared or packaged in facilities that handle common allergens. Vegas Family Insider cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment and is not responsible for individual allergies, dietary restrictions or flavor preferences. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the food provided is appropriate for their children.

Supervision: This is a family event, not a drop-off program. A parent, legal guardian or responsible adult must remain onsite and supervise each child in their party for the duration of the event.

Photos and video: Vegas Family Insider may photograph or record portions of the celebration for editorial, social media and promotional use. Please notify our team at check-in if you do not want your child photographed or recorded.

Participation: By attending, guests voluntarily participate in event activities and agree to follow all venue and staff instructions. Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children’s conduct, safety and personal belongings.

Refund policy: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Tickets may not be transferred or applied to a future party without advance written approval from Vegas Family Insider.

Activities, entertainment, menu items and scheduled features may change when necessary. If Vegas Family Insider cancels or reschedules the event, registered families will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.
