Welcome to the Mini Mogul Market
The Mini Mogul Market is Las Vegas’ longest-running indoor youth entrepreneur market, created specifically for young entrepreneurs ages 5–17 to showcase their businesses, gain real-world experience, and build confidence in a supportive environment.
More than a one-day event, the Mini Mogul Market helps young people develop communication skills, leadership abilities, financial literacy, creativity, and entrepreneurial thinking they can carry into future opportunities.
As a participant, your young entrepreneur receives access to a community that celebrates innovation, encourages growth, and provides visibility through Vegas Family Insider and our community partners.
Tables are $25 per market.

Youth Entrepreneur Requirements
The Mini Mogul Market is designed to help children learn about business ownership while developing valuable life and social skills.
To participate, young entrepreneurs should take an active role in operating their business throughout the event.
Participants are expected to:
- Greet customers and engage in conversations
- Explain their products, services, or business concept
- Answer customer questions
- Handle transactions with minimal assistance
- Help create, produce, design, market, or source the products they sell
- Remain actively involved throughout the market
Parents are encouraged to support and guide their children but should allow young entrepreneurs to take the lead whenever possible.
We warmly welcome children with disabilities and special needs. Appropriate accommodations and parental assistance are always welcome. Please let us know of any accommodations needed during registration.
Social Media Participation
Our markets grow when families help spread the word.
Beginning the Monday after registration, participants are asked to share at least one social media post per week leading up to the market.
Promotional graphics, captions, and hashtags will be provided to make sharing easy.

Product Guidelines
Young entrepreneurs may sell:
- Handmade goods
- Artwork
- Books
- Jewelry
- Crafts
- Original products
- Approved pre-packaged food items
- Games
- Services
- Other youth-created business offerings
The following are not permitted:
- Products sold on behalf of parents or other adults
- Raw food items
- Fundraisers for organizations
- Mass-produced retail inventory purchased solely for resale
- Products not connected to the child’s business efforts
Participants should play a meaningful role in creating, designing, producing, marketing, or sourcing the products they offer.
Original Creations Policy – Trademarks and Copyrights
At Mini Mogul Market, we celebrate creativity and encourage young entrepreneurs to create products that are uniquely their own.
To respect artists, inventors, and businesses, vendors may not sell items that copy or closely resemble copyrighted or trademarked characters, logos, brands, or designs. This includes handmade versions or “look-alike” products based on popular movies, TV shows, video games, books, sports teams, or well-known brands.
Examples include (but are not limited to):
- Disney, Pixar, Marvel, DC, Pokémon, Nintendo, Sanrio, Minions, Bluey, Minecraft, Roblox, LEGO, Star Wars, Harry Potter, professional sports team logos, and brand logos.
Products that imitate or are intended to look like these characters or brands—including clay figures, jewelry, keychains, artwork, stickers, clothing, or other merchandise—may not be sold at Mini Mogul Market without written permission from the copyright or trademark owner.
Instead, we encourage every Mini Mogul to dream big and create something original. Whether it’s a new character, a unique design, or an invention all your own, your creativity is what makes your business special.
Mini Mogul Market reserves the right to ask vendors to remove products that may violate copyright or trademark laws or do not align with our mission of supporting original creativity.
Registration Policies
- Registration must be completed online.
- Payment is required to reserve a space.
- No refunds will be issued.
- Transfers to another market date require approval at least one week in advance.
- Participants may transfer their space to another child entrepreneur with advance approval.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own displays, signage, chairs, and other supplies unless otherwise noted.

Market Hours
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Setup & Booth Expectations
- Booth locations are assigned in advance.
- Vendors may not choose their own spaces.
- Each vendor receives approximately a 4′ x 4′ selling space.
- All supplies, displays, and inventory must fit within the assigned space.
- Storage containers and personal belongings should remain out of sight whenever possible.
- Parents or guardians must remain on-site.
- Electricity is not guaranteed.
- Large carts, trailers, or oversized equipment are not permitted.
During the Market
Young entrepreneurs should remain actively involved at their booths throughout the event.
If a participant sells out:
- Please display a “Sold Out” sign.
- Enjoy networking and exploring the market.
- Booths should remain set up until the event concludes.
If a participant temporarily leaves their booth:
- Display a “Be Back Soon” sign.
Leave It Better Than You Found It
Please help us keep the venue welcoming for everyone by removing all trash, supplies, and inventory from your space before leaving.
