We are so excited to see your artwork! This is going to be tough so we are asking our readers and group members to vote. Please send your artwork to Contest@vegaskidszone.com with the subject line “VKZ Summer T-Shirt Art Contest.” We will be in contact within 48 hours and will upload your child’s artwork to our site to be voted on. We will share a link with you to share with friends and family! 
Deadline is June 15.

VKZ Summer T-Shirt Art Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:

  • Open to children aged 5-18.
  • Participants must reside in the Las Vegas area.
  • Parental or guardian consent is required for entry.

2. Entry Requirements:

  • Artwork must be original and created by the participant.
  • Artwork can be any medium (drawing, painting, digital art, etc.), but must be submitted as a high-resolution image.
  • The theme of the artwork should be “Summer Fun in Las Vegas.”
  • Each participant may submit only one piece of artwork.

3. Submission Guidelines:

  • Entries must be submitted via email to Contest@vegaskidszone.com with the subject line “VKZ Summer T-Shirt Art Contest.”
  • Include the participant’s name, age, and a brief description of the artwork (50-100 words).
  • Include a completed entry form signed by a parent or guardian.
  • Submission deadline is June 15, 2024, by 11:59 PM PST.

4. Judging Criteria:

  • Creativity and originality.
  • Relevance to the theme “Summer Fun in Las Vegas.”
  • Overall artistic quality and appeal.
  • Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision-making process.

5. Prizes:

  • The winning artwork will be featured on the official VKZ Summer T-Shirt.
  • The winner will receive a free t-shirt featuring their design, a certificate of achievement, and recognition in VKZ Magazine.
  • Additional prizes may be awarded at the discretion of the organizers.

6. Winner Announcement:

  • Winners will be notified by email and announced on the VKZ Magazine website and social media channels by June 15, 2024.
  • The winning artwork may be modified slightly to fit the t-shirt design requirements.

7. Rights and Usage:

  • By entering the contest, participants and their guardians grant VKZ Magazine the right to use, publish, and display the submitted artwork in any media without further compensation.
  • The participant retains the copyright to their artwork.

8. Disqualification:

  • Entries that do not adhere to these rules will be disqualified.
  • Any form of plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.

9. General Conditions:

  • VKZ Magazine reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest at any time.
  • By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of VKZ Magazine.
